Terms of Service

VoxCross is a service of CABRERA GLOBAL LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (“VoxCross,” “we,” “us”). These terms govern your use of voxcross.com. Law firms that use the VoxCross service sign a separate written agreement; if anything here conflicts with that agreement, the signed agreement controls.

What VoxCross does

VoxCross provides intake, scheduling, reminders, document collection and client-communication automation for immigration law firms. VoxCross does not provide legal advice, is not a law firm, and does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Decisions about legal strategy, eligibility and deadlines remain the responsibility of the law firm.

Dates and reminders

VoxCross helps firms capture and track dates from notices and case records. It is a calendaring aid. Firms remain responsible for confirming dates and meeting their deadlines.

Fees and term

Fees, the initial term and cancellation terms are set out in each firm’s written agreement and proposal. Setup fees cover work that begins immediately and are non-refundable.

Service levels

Our uptime commitment and the service credits that apply if we fall short are described in the written agreement.

Acceptable use

Firms agree to use VoxCross in compliance with applicable law and professional-conduct rules, including rules on client communication, call recording and text-message consent. You may not use the website or service to send unlawful, misleading or unsolicited communications, or to attempt to access systems or data that are not yours.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided “as is,” and VoxCross is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Liability for the service is governed by each firm’s written agreement.
