Identity-verified updates, 24/7
Clients verify with details on file and a PIN, then hear the update the attorney approved for their case stage.
Engine 03 · Client Care
Clients call a status line, verify who they are, and hear the exact update the attorney approved, in their language, at any hour. Missing documents are chased, checked and filed without anyone picking up the phone.
Why the phone never stops
Immigration cases take months or years, and for your clients the stakes are their family, their job and their future in the country. Silence feels like something went wrong, so they call. Then they call again next week.
Every one of those calls pulls a paralegal off a filing to say “it’s still pending.” The fix isn’t a better phone script. It’s telling clients what’s happening before they have to ask, and giving them a way to check that doesn’t require a person.

What’s included
Clients verify with details on file and a PIN, then hear the update the attorney approved for their case stage.
When a case moves to a new stage in your software, the client gets the matching approved message in their language.
Reminders for what’s missing, photo upload, a readability and document-type check, filed to the matter.
Some clients never open a message. They get a short call that tells them the same thing, in Spanish or English.
Biometrics, interviews and consults: the date, the address and exactly what to bring.
Transcribed, translated to English and attached to the case, so the attorney can see what the client was told.
Control
Nothing goes to a client that the firm hasn’t approved. After the first approval, it runs on its own.
FAQ
A client calls the line, verifies their identity with details on file and a PIN, and hears the current update the attorney approved for their case, in English or Spanish. If they have a question that needs the attorney, it takes a message or books a call.
Your team does, once. We set up approved wording for each stage of each case type; when a case moves to a new stage in your case software, the client hears the matching update. The attorney approves every template before it is used.
No. It only reads what the firm has approved for that case. Anything beyond that, like what a notice means for them or what to do next, is routed to the attorney.
Each case gets a list of the documents still missing. The client receives reminders in their language and sends photos or files back. VoxCross checks that each one is readable and of the right type, files it to the matter and tells the paralegal when the packet is complete.
They can get updates and reminders as a short voice call instead, in their language. Texts are only sent to people who have agreed to receive them.

On the demo we set the system up with your firm’s name, you call it from your own phone, and you watch the summary, the calendar entry and the prep brief arrive. If it isn’t obviously useful in the first five minutes, we hang up.
