Every month VoxCross finds the former clients who just reached their next milestone (citizenship, a renewal, removal of conditions, a family petition) and brings them back with attorney-approved outreach before someone else does.
The quiet leak
A client who got a green card through your firm will need to remove conditions, renew a card, naturalize, maybe petition for a parent or a child. Each of those is a new matter, for a client who already trusts you.
But nobody’s job is to remember that María’s five-year mark is this spring. So María searches online when the time comes, and hires whoever answers first. The case was yours; nobody reached out.
VoxCross makes that its own job. Every month, automatically, with the attorney deciding who gets a call.
How it works
Confirmed dates in your records are checked against the milestones your firm handles: naturalization, removal of conditions, card renewals, EAD renewals, family petitions and children approaching 21.
The attorney gets the list with the reason each client was flagged, and chooses who to contact.
Approved outreach goes by email and phone in the client’s language, inviting them to book a consultation.
Clients who want to move forward are booked straight onto the attorney’s calendar, with a prep brief.

FAQ
Once a month VoxCross reviews the confirmed dates and case history in your records to find former clients who have reached a milestone (for example, the date they can apply to naturalize, renew a card or remove conditions) and prepares a list for the attorney.
No. It flags clients whose dates suggest a milestone has arrived. The attorney reviews the list and decides who to contact; eligibility is always the attorney’s call.
With outreach the attorney approves: a short email and, where the client prefers it, a phone call in their language inviting them to book a consultation. Texts go only to people who have agreed to receive them.
During setup we read the documents you already have, such as approval notices and cards, and extract the dates, which your team confirms. The scan is only as good as the data, so we build that data first.
It sends friendly, bilingual reminders for payment plans that fall behind, asks satisfied clients for a Google review at the moment their case is approved, and sends a weekly scorecard showing where new inquiries are being lost.

On the demo we set the system up with your firm’s name, you call it from your own phone, and you watch the summary, the calendar entry and the prep brief arrive. If it isn’t obviously useful in the first five minutes, we hang up.
