Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 2026

Stub policy for launch. Final version to be reviewed by counsel before public launch. See PROOF-TODO.md.

VoxCross provides bilingual AI intake services to U.S. immigration law firms. This policy explains how we handle data for our website visitors, our law-firm clients, and the callers those firms serve.

Data we process

  • Website analytics: privacy-respecting, cookie-light analytics (Plausible) loaded off the main thread. No cross-site tracking.
  • Call & message data: on behalf of client firms, we process call recordings, transcripts, and intake details captured by the AI receptionist.
  • Booking data: scheduling is handled by our calendar provider when you book a call.

How we protect it

  • Encryption in transit and at rest (AES-256).
  • U.S.-hosted infrastructure, so call data does not leave U.S. borders.
  • Data is deleted on request and is never used to train models without written consent.
  • A confidentiality addendum extends attorney-client privilege protections to our handling.
